Required Annual Board of Directors meetings are held on the last Tuesday of September. The Board of Directors may schedule additional meetings throughout the year. Meeting notifications will be published on this page. All are welcome to attend. Location is at the East Lyme Community Center. Room name/location will be determined.

Officers and Committees schedule their own meetings as needed.


Meetings are scheduled via Zoom per compliance with COVID-19 protocols. Attendance link will be published on this web page the day before the scheduled meeting. All are welcome to attend.

We are also asking for your help in our overall fundraising efforts. Please see the list below for different ways in which you can assist. Contact us to be included on our email list.

  • Gather information and create spreadsheet list of businesses and possible donors

  • Address and send thank you notes to donors

  • Share your experiences with fundraising and offer suggestions

  • Assist with grant writing

  • Contact your employer regarding corporate charitable donations and/or matches

  • Spread the word by sharing our requests for donations on social media

  • Provide in-kind donations/services toward the planetarium upgrade.

  • Make a donation by check through mail, via PayPal or credit card through our website
